Terms and Conditions of The Wine Tours in Chile

REGISTRATION

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, at which time you will receive your invoice and pre-tour documentation.
The balance is due 60 days prior to your departure date. If your reservation is made less than 30 days before departure, the entire price of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Any changes during travel will be covered completely by the participants at their own expense. In the event of any of a major currency devaluation of more than 10%, Wine Travel Chile reserves the right to reprice itineraries, and the price may be adjusted for currency fluctuation at final payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure date will receive a 75% refund; 31–60 days, 50% of the trip price, and 0–30 days of departure date, no refund.
All cancellations must be made via written notice and received by email.
Our cancellation policy is applicable to all portions of the trip you have contracted with us: land, air, tours, hotels and
trip extensions.

Travel Insurance

It is strongly recommended that travelers acquire their own travel insurance prior to beginning their trip.

Wine Travel Chile is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal luggage or belongings, personal injury, accident, or illness, or cancellations resulting from airline delays or natural disasters.

Gratuities

Gratuities to hotel staff, transport during free time, our local guides and drivers are not included and at your discretion.
Gratuities for all included meals will be covered by Wine Travel Chile.

Dietary Requirements Food Allergies

Dietary restrictions or food allergies must be recorded at the time of booking.
